- The contract has as its object the assignment of the transport service, through the use of truck - articulated lorry - tractor and trailer of the waste present and/or processed in the selection/treatment plants managed by SRT SpA (as per the subdivision into relative codes CERs listed below) and in con41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365wounding them towards authorized recovery/treatment plants and/or at authorized companies.
They are to be considered essential public services to all intents and purposes, therefore, for no reason can they be suspended or abandoned except in proven cases of force majeure. In case of astension from work due to the strike called by the trade associations, essential services must be ensured, as required by Law 15.6.1990 n. 146
