- The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment of its Warehouse facilities located within the UNGSC premises in Brindisi, Italy. The project includes a comprehensive assessment and refurbishment of Warehouse Buildings #256, #280, #281, and #282, addressing structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, safety, and security deficiencies to restore the facilities to a safe, functional, and durable condition for long-term operational use. Scope of works includes, but is not limited to:• Preliminary technical assessment;• Roof and skylight waterproofing refurbishment;• Refurbishment of ribbon windows;• Repair and maintenance of motorized doors;• Replacement and maintenance of emergency exit doors;• Replacement of entrance/exit canopy structures;• Repair of damaged concrete flooring;• Roof refurbishment works on Building #256. The anticipated project duration is up to 120 calendar days, including mobilization, implementation, and close-out activities. The approach of the contract is on all-inclusive basis, therefore the selected contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and associated resources necessary for the successful execution of the works.
