We inform you that with resolution no. 405 of 5/10/2023, ESTAR has taken note of the variant during construction pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, letter. C) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as part of the specific contract stipulated by ESTAR in adhesion to Consip's SPC Cloud Lot 1 framework contract, referred to inprevious resolution no. 386 of 07/09/2021, for the implementation of the SSR screening project, with the winner being the RTI having Telecom Italia spa as agent, for a total amount of €962,646.30 i.e., with the consequent total reduction of the contractual amount of euros 329,946.58.
