Description:
Without prejudice to the provisions of the Regulations, the competition is aimed at the acquisition, through the completion of the first degree of the procedure, of the best 5 (five) design ideas and, through the completion of the second degree of the procedure itself, of a project with a level of insight41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365performance equal to that of a technical-economic feasibility project.
The Contracting Authority, pursuant to art. 156 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, reserves the right to entrust the winner with the creation of the subsequent design levels and the Works Management with a negotiated procedure without baunder the condition that the winner meets the requirements for the various design levels. The creative proposal is intended to be remunerated with the award of a reasonable prize to the extent indicated in point IV.3.1. of this announcement. The best five contestants will be awardedrent. The estimated amount of the works to be designed is €3,000,000.00, including safety charges. The design charges for the assignment of the subsequent technical services amount to 566,944.38 euros net of social security charges and VAT, as better specified in the Disciplinary of ccompetition; for the subdivision into categories of work, pursuant to the D.M. 17/06/2016 and related amounts and for the description of the requirements for participation in the competition and the design requirements, please refer to the competition regulations.
