Description:
The contract relates to the transport and recovery start-up service, pursuant to art. 181 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 of the following fraction: EER 12.19.12 OTHER WASTE (INCLUDING MIXED MATERIALS) DERIVING FROM THE MECHANICAL TREATMENT OF WASTE, OTHER THAN THOSE REFERRED TO IN ITEM 12.19.11 (commonlydefined as "Plasmix"), classified, according to the provisions of art. 184 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 as special non-hazardous waste, originating and produced by Seruso S.p.A. located in Via Piave 89 - 23879 Verderio (LC), for an indicative quantity estimated at 5,500 tons in the reporting period12-month contract transfer starting from 1 March 2023.
