Assignment of the service for issuing financial guarantees for the operational and post-operational management of Tank E of the C. da Timpazzo platform in Gela (CL) Open electronic procedure for the assignment of the guarantee issuing service financial for the operational and post-operational management of "Tank E" of the C. platform from Timpazzo to Gela (CL) The object of the contract concerns the insurance/banking service concerning the issuing of financial guarantees for operational management and post-operative of the "E" tank of the landfill for non-hazardous waste located in C. da Timpazzo. The financial guarantees subject to the tender are, in particular, the following: 1) Guarantee of the operational management of the landfill lasting 4 years (equal to residual life of Tank “E” increased by one year - 3 years + 1), with a renewal option for a further 9 years (equal to the duration of the integrated environmental authorization increased by one year - 12 years + 1); after this period the guarantee can be excluded for 12 months. When above pursuant to point 6) of Annex A) of the Ordinance of the Commissioner (OC) Delegate for the waste emergency and water protection n. 2196 of 2 December 2003, published in G.U.R.S. n. 8 of 03/20/2004; 2) Guarantee of post-operational management of the landfill lasting 5 years, as Annex A) of the Ordinance of the Commissioner (OC) Delegate for the waste emergency and water protection n. 2196 of 2 December 2003, published...
