- The contract concerns the management and technical monitoring of the production and distribution platforms of the multimedia content of the Rai offer on the internet and in particular includes: - Technical management services of the administration platforms, editing of the multimedia contentials in use by editorial and journalistic editorial offices;
- Technical management services of the delivery systems of web applications and apps;
- Technical management services of the processing and editing platforms of audiovideo content intended for publication on web pages and on websitespp in use by editorial offices and encoding services;
- Technical management services for multi-format and multi-platform live and VOD streaming of audio video intended for the editorial offers of Raiplay, Raiplaysound and the portals of news, sports, radio and television programmes, etc.;
8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6The estimated total amount of the contract is equal to Euro 8,454,747.04 VAT. excluded. This amount is divided as follows:
o Euro 8,075,001.00 as the total amount, to be reduced, for the provision of the fee-based monitoring services envisaged in the Technical Specifications, to be paid in n. 36 approxninth monthly;
o Euro 177,771.00 as the presumed total amount, to be reduced, for the management of events and special projects (on consumption), to be carried out at the request of the Client during the period of contractual validity;
