Description:
Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The contracting authority intends to buy a system for the analysis of genomic DNA, cell-free DNA and other nucleic acids by proprietary small-scale gel electrophoresis with automated sample processing for quick and reliable sample quality control for RNA and DNA sample analysis. The system for RNA and DNA sample analysis must include: an instrument with automated electrophoresis for RNA and DNA analysis, measuring the DIN (DNA Integrity Number) and RIN (RNA Integrity Number) values. In addition the contractor has to provide a software that provides fast and intuitive data analysis of nucleic acid sample data from the automated electrophoresis instrument. It must offer streamlined data acquisition, analysis, and reporting for nucleic acid sample quality control (QC) and support high-throughput workflows by providing automatic calculation for sample concentration, sizing, and integrity. The software must offer two modes for analysis, which are peak or region focused. The software must enable customizable visualization of the results in various formats like electropherograms, gel images, and tables. In addition, it must include hardware diagnostic tools and user documentation.
