This procedure is carried out via an accessible IT system for electronic purchasing procedures ("Platform"). at https://piattaformaacquisti.rai.it/PortaleAppalti. Through the site you can access the procedure and the tender documentation, within the detailed area relating to the Procedure. Information and clarifications can be requested no later than 12/19/2025 at 11.59 pm, using the "Communications reserved for the Competitor" area, present in the procedure detail area. Responses to requests for clarification are provided by publishing the requests anonymously and the related responses on the Platform in the "Communications from the Contracting Authority" area. All economic operators referred to in art. are eligible to participate in this tender procedure, in compliance with the conditions set out in the tender documentation. 65 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments. for which the following do not exist: (i) the causes of exclusion referred to in the articles. 94, 95 and 98 of the Legislative Decree.
