Negotiated procedure without prior publication of a tender notice pursuant to art. 18 of Legislative Decree 15 November 2011, n. 208 for the stipulation of a northern framework agreement, on the only lot, for the supply spare parts and maintenance, repair and review of parts, overall, subcomplexative parties, ASSIEMI O SUBSOSIES AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE "AT HOME" FOR THE VBM "FRECCI" WEAD SYSTEMS, VCC "DARDO", ARCHED ARCHED ARCENTAURO ARMAURO, "ARIETE" tank, VBL "PUMA" supplied to the armed force (F.A.), essential to allow the performance of the operational, training and preparation activities of the entities, detachments, departments and commands (EDRC) of F.A .. The aforementioned needs are also directly connected to the "Out of Area" operations.
