Exploratory notice for the verification of infungability/exclusivity preparatory to the negotiated procedure without prior publication of tender notice pursuant to art. 76, paragraph 2, lett. b), n. 2 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and SS.MM.II. relating to the acquisition as the subject: supply with two systems rental chromatographic combined with mass spectrometers to be used for the quantitative determination of organic pollutants (residues of phytopharmaceuticals, drugs, other emerging pollutants and their metabolites) in "target" and "unotart" mode always with the performance adequate to the regulatory requirements. Harp On the basis of the characteristics of the system that is needed, this contracting authority, believes that it is an infungable goods, which determine the need to negotiate with a single supplier, specifically with the ABSEX srl company, current entry of the expiring supply, for the Motivations indicated in the declaration of infungability signed by the manager responsible for the North West Specialist Laboratory of Grugliasco, accompanied by Annex 1 "Declaration of uniqueness and exclusive distribution of the mass spectrometer Sciex 7500+ Qtrap
