Open procedure in the Community field pursuant to articles 71 and 108, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 36/2023 for the assignment of the supply of 6 "body-scanner" with millimeter wave technology, harmless to human health, aimed at identifying potential dangerous objects, with the faculty forThe administration to exercise the right of option for the acquisition of a further supply up to a maximum of n. 6 "Body-Scanner" within 36 months of stipulation. This open procedure is entirely carried out through the electronic platform accessible to www.acquistinretepa.it.The assignment takes place through an open procedure with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money. The duration of the planned procedure is 6 months from the publication of the announcement.
