Description:
The Department of Penitentiary Administration has ordered the start of an open procedure within the community pursuant to articles. 71 and 108, paragraph 1, of the Legislative Decree. 36/2023 for the assignment of the supply of n. 1 "itinerant" system to combat the overflight of penitentiary institutions and the introduction of objects not permitted by means of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (APR), with the Administration having the right to exercise the right of option for the acquisition of a further "itinerant" system to combat APR overflights within 36 months of the stipulation.
This procedure is entirely open carried out via the Digital Procurement Platform (PAD) accessible at www.acquistinretepa.it
The award takes place through an open procedure with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money.
There The expected duration of the procedure is 9 months from the publication of the notice.
