Open procedure pursuant to article 155 paragraph 1 and article 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, for the awarding of the supply contract for n. 2 boats under the PNRR M4C1 intervention called “FA.MOSOS+LAB”, financed by decree of the Minister of education and merit 23 July 2025, n. 147, as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Mission 4 - Education and research - Component 1 - Strengthening the offer of education services: from nurseries to universities - Investment 1.5 "Development of the tertiary professional training system (ITS)", financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU, aimed at strengthening further laboratories of the Higher Technological Institutes - ITS Academy, to be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer based on the best quality/price ratio.
