This procedure has as its object the assignment of the supply of PTZ (pan-Tilt-zoom) 4K recovery and control systems by stipulating a "list" framework agreement with a single economic operator pursuant to art. 59 ofCode.
The supply of the aforementioned systems is intended for the systems and needs of the Rai directions: technology and radio.
In particular, the contract concerns the definition of a framework agreement, in Framework Agreement mode, which concerns the entire list of equipment of a manufacturer orManufacturer of recovery and control systems PTZ 4K, limited to the list part referable to this technological area.
In consideration of the nature of the framework agreement, all the quantities indicated in the tender documentation are merely indicative and not binding. The estimated valuerepresents the maximum amount of the relative framework agreement and is not subject to reduction; This amount is in no way demanding or binding for Rai. The actual amounts of the services to be performed will be determined when stipulating implementation contracts.
Pursuant to art. 120, paragraph1, lett. a) of the code, if the contractual amount should not be exhausted at the expiry of the term of contractual duration, to extend the aforementioned duration until further n. 24 months, in order to use the entire contractual amount.
