Candidates for the tenders can be selectedand tenders conducted by Eni S.p.A. in the name and on its own account to be carried out in the EU. The Qualification System and the qualified supplier lists referred to in this notice can also be used for any tenders of the subsidiaries of Eni S.p.A. if these companies aresubject to the application of Directive 2014/25/EU or decide to apply its principles on a voluntary basis.
