We inform you that, as a result of the experiment of an exploratory notice (available at the following link: https://www.unisalento.it/gare-appalti/-/gare/view/66329800), gone deserted, aimed at verifying the existence of economic operators able to supply instrumentation, having technical specifications41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365"equivalent" to those that could be provided by the economic operator - "Quantum Design International" S.r.l. - originally identified following a specific market survey, with resolution no. 226 of 03/31/2023, a negotiated procedure was launched, without a tender, for thepursuant to art. 63, paragraph 2, lett. b), point 2 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the assignment of the supply referred to in question, to the indicated Company "Quantum Design International" S.r.l., with headquarters in San Diego (USA), Italian headquarters in Rome, at Via Francesco Sapori, 27, as the sole economic operator inable to supply the instrumentation, whose technical specifications are described in the technical sheet.
