Description: The microscope must be prepared for transmission and reflection measurements, equipped with a color camera for digital image revelation in the spectrum of the visible and near IR (up to 1200 nm), equipped with a set of optics also for the Swir interval up to about 2 microns of wavelength, which can be used with a special IngaAs camera not included, must allow light and dark-field microscopy measurements, measures in polarized light and phase contrast. It must be equipped with optical band selection filters and prepared for polarimetric analysis, motorized system and automatic control of the position and focus, and two sets of objectives, one for visible light operations and one for operations in Swir light.
