- This preliminary market consultation, announced pursuant to art. 77 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, is aimed at collecting useful information for carrying out the centralized procedure at regional level referred to in point II.1.1 of this Notice, soon to be announced, and for the identificationof the selection criteria and access requirements prescribed for economic operators, while at the same time informing the economic operators themselves operating in the reference market of the planning of the contract. The consultation also pursues the aim of analyzing existing technologieson the market to evaluate its compliance with the needs and objectives of the contracting authority, in order to carry out a tender procedure calibrated on the actual regional needs, also with a view to optimizing economic resources.
