The restricted procedure is aimed at the conclusion, in relation to each lot, of framework agreements with several operators, pursuant to art. 54, co 2 and co 4 letter a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the supply of containers with metal tanks of different volumes, possibly equipped withElectronic emis to control waste delivery provided by the Client, which can be emptied using mechanical equipment for differentiated and undifferentiated MSW collection.
