Description:
This procedure relates to the Supply of Apple technology equipment. In particular, the contract relates to:
Tablet (iPad) supply;
Smartphone (iPhone) supply;
Apple accessories supply;
AppleCare and AppleCare OS Support assistance services on Apple products subject to suppliestura.
The purchase of the aforementioned products must be made through a web portal with a section for the exclusive use of RAI. Therefore, the successful tenderer will have to exhibit a catalog of Apple goods, services and accessories through a specific Web portal. The portal must:
-make the entire catalog of products availableducts of the site www.apple.com/it, including the cost reserved for RAI without indication of VAT;
-offer the possibility of creating personalized configurations of the products with the same options and choices available on the website www.apple.com/it. Every single element of the configurationmust be accompanied by the cost reserved for RAI without indication of VAT;
-allow you to create a date-stamped quote, printable (in PDF and Excel format), which must be valid for at least 30 calendar days. When creating the estimate, the prices must be calculatedby applying the discount defined in the contract for the specific product category to the updated price of the Apple public price list. The quote must include the Apple list price, the discount applied and the date of issue of the quote;
