We inform you that the Canoel Italia S.p.A. he presented an application, pursuant to the R.D. 1443/1927, for the issue of the mining research permit concerning the uranium and the minerals associated in the territory of the Municipality of Valgoglio (BG). The research permit holds an area of approx 2,733,049 mup individuals from the following vertical vertical (UTM-WGS84 Z32N, Guss Swestern Gushed Ost Fuse):

This notice is made public through the publication in the Official Gazette of the European Union, in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic and on the Lombardy Region Burl.
Anyone who has an interest in issuing the research permit on the same Type of mineral and on the same area by public evidence procedure according to the criteria referred to in art. 4 of the Regional Regulation no. 7/2024, may submit an application accompanied by the documentation referred to in paragraph 2 of the same article, within forty -five days from the date of the last publication of the notice.
