- We inform you that the Canoel Italia S.p.A. he presented an application, pursuant to the R.D. 1443/1927, for the issue of the mining research permit concerning the uranium and the minerals associated in the territory of the Municipality of Valgoglio (BG). Anyone who has an interest in issuing the research permit on the same Type of mineral and on the same area by public evidence procedure according to the criteria referred to in art. 4 of the Regional Regulation no. 7/2024, may submit an application accompanied by the documentation referred to in paragraph 2 of the same article, within forty -five days from the date of the last publication of the notice.
