Description:
Single Authorization Procedure for the construction and operation of an
off-shore energy production plant by exploiting the wind in the
Ionian Sea, pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 387/2003 and subsequent amendments and ii., of the Legislative Decree March 1
2021, no. 22, converted with modifications by L.22 April 2021, no. 55, which amended the art. 35 of Legislative Decree 30 July 1999, no. 300 paragraph 2, letter b), of Law
241/1990, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 127/2016 - Application for obtaining
a state-owned maritime concession for a period of 40 (forty) years, pursuant to
article 36 of the civil codeice of navigation, for the occupation of stretches of water and
areas of the maritime state property involved in the construction of the plant.
