- A complex of services connected to the input and output processes of data and information on the Urbi Smart information platform used by Spezia Risorse S.p.A. for the management of the assigned revenues, as well as the related ancillary activities of training, conversion, maintenance and assistance. SpiceRisorse S.p.A acts as concessionaire of the following Municipalities that are part of its corporate structure: La Spezia, Arcola, Aulla, Brugnato, Luni, Monterosso al Mare, Porto Venere, Santo Stefano di Magra and Sarzana. The Administration assumes that, over the next 4 years, they will enter neother Entities in the province of La Spezia and neighboring provinces. In particular, this Framework Agreement concerns the purchase of the services covered by this contract in the name and on behalf of Spezia Risorse S.p.A and the Municipality of Sassuolo in the provincea of Modena on the basis of the public-public partnership agreement entered into between the aforementioned entities
