Description:
Framework agreement with a single operator for the execution of the service at the request of Manovalanza and transport various materials for the needs of the Naples TV production Center, thus articulated: Module services each of which lasts not less than 2 consecutive hours; Services on requestHours: supplementary and/or extraordinary services provided on request, or in any case for opportunities and/or needs related to the occurrence of a particular event; -transport and light transport light on request; Transport and heavy transport services on request. In consideration of natureof the Framework Agreement, all the quantities indicated in the tender documentation are merely indicative and not binding. The estimated value represents the maximum amount of the relative framework agreement and is not subject to reduction; This amount is in no way demanding or binding for Rai. Theactual amounts of the services to be performed will be determined when stipulating implementation contracts. With reference to the transport activities of goods on the road, provided in a non -prevalent manner, with a view to enhancing the so -called Green Public Procurement, the application is expectedof chapter I of the minimum environmental criteria relating to purchase, leasing, lease, rental of vehicles used for road transport and for terrestrial public transport services, special passenger transport services on the road (approved with Ministerial Decree of 17 June 2021-G.U. 157 of July 2nd2021).
