- Shelter, custody and maintenance service for stray dogs in the Municipality of Sorso. The successful tenderer, upon awarding the service, will be responsible, at his own expense, for the transport of the dogs currently hospitalized at the kennel of Dr. Giuseppe FENU, located in the "Campanedda" area. Thepresumed total value of the contract for the entire duration of the contract (2024/2027) amounts to €663,934.43 excluding VAT. The payment of the fee will take place on a monthly basis, in 12 (twelve) installments, including the costs of hospitalization, custody and maintenance of the dogs as well as disposalnto the carcasses of deceased animals. The unit price based on the auction and subject to a reduction is €2.25 excluding VAT, referring to the cost of a single dog per day.
The place of execution of the contractual service must be within the territory of the Sardinia Region, Provincesa of Sassari and no more than fifty kilometers from the Municipality of Sorso, as indicated in the Special Tender Specifications.
The contractual duration is 4 (four) years starting from 01/01/2024, with the right for the contracting authority to entrust the successful tenderer with the repetition of the8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6service/contractual extension for a further maximum period of 6 months, making use of the provisions of the art. 76, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, communicating it to the contractor by certified email at least 30 (thirty) days before the expiry of the original contract.
