a) h.24 heliport assistance during the landing and take-off phases of the helicopters;
b) 24h surveillance:
- of fire-fighting devices (fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, IRAI, Evac, extinguishing systems, emergency lights, doorsoffenders and all the windows and doors along the escape routes);
- escape routes and safety signs;
c) support for floor fire-fighters in case of emergency.
