• SIA assignment for the PUG drafting and related VAS of the Municipality of Carmiano Selective public procedure for the identification of a subject entrusted with the architectural and engineering services relating to the drafting of the GENERAL URBAN PLAN (P.U.G.) of the Municipality of Carmiano and related V.A.S. procedure. This is a contract for technical engineering and architectural services (CPV 71410000-5 Urban planning services and other CPVs deemed equivalent pursuant to new regulations) The Station contracting party proposes to entrust to the successful tenderer the SIA contract concerning: drafting of the P.U.G. of the Municipality of Carmiano, according to the contents of the art. 9 of the Regional Law Puglia 27/07/2001 n. 20 and subsequent amendments. and following the procedures for its training, referred to in the art. 11 of the same Law as amended by L.R. 34/2023 - drafting of the relevant Strategic Environmental Assessment (V.A.S.) - carrying out analyses/studies/investigations relating to the skills of geologists, agronomists, and anything else necessary to the formation of the P.U.G. and the relevant V.A.S., until the definitive approval by the competent bodies and bodies - drafting of the Building Regulations, consistent with the Standard Building Regulations approved by the Puglia Region, and of the Standards P.U.G.
