Description:
The canteen service for use by municipal school pupils is the object of the contract, as well as any initiatives organized by the municipality. The canteen service consists of kitchen center management, meal transport management and school refectory management. The preparation and packaging serviceMeals will be provided by the contractor at the Municipally owned Kitchen Centre, located in the hamlet of Soci, in Via Vittorio Veneto, with all the existing fixed equipment, as well as connected mobile equipment. The Kitchen Center is available to the Contractor. that,without causing any prejudice to the pre-eminent service performed in favor of the Municipality, it is also authorized to prepare meals for third parties. In this case, the contractor will pay the Municipality a commission (royalty) equal to 3% of the sale price of each single meal prepared. TheMunicipality reserves the right to use the Kitchen Center for its own purposes.
