- The Social Territorial Area n 3 intends to regulate with this Special Specification the Framework Agreement the management of the "Service for the extra-scholastic scholastic and social integration of the disabled", pursuant to Regional Law n. 19/2006 and the related Regulation no. 4/2007 and subsequent amendments.i.
The "Service for the scholastic and extra-scholastic social integration of disabled people" is included in the art. 92 from Regional Regulation n. 4/2007 and subsequent amendments, among the "Social welfare services"
The aforementioned service is defined as "aimed at guaranteeing the right to study of peoplertators of physical, mental and sensorial handicaps through their inclusion in ordinary school structures, including the nursery school"
School and extra-scholastic integration service
