- The procedure, as better described in the design documents, concerns the contract for the design for the redevelopment and regulatory adjustment of the school building in via Pergolesi 14/a in Florence, with low environmental impact in accordance with the minimum environmental criteria, of which At Annex 2 to the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of the Territory and the Sea 11 January 2017 as amended by the decree 11 October 2017, which will be divided into two phases: the first phase consists in the technical and economic feasibility project including the documents referred to At Annex I.13 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, the aforementioned documents will constitute the prerequisite for the request for opinions and acts of consent.
