The Lazio Region, as part of the PR FESR 2021/2027, has set up a new section dedicated to the venture capital, called to do venture 2, within the participation fund called Fare Lazio, managed by the in -house company Providing Lazio Innova S.p.A ..
As part of doing venture 2, the notice relating to Venture Tech Lazio, which has a equipment Initial of € 12.04 million, it is dedicated to the selection of financial instruments that invest in start-ups and companies that are small companies pursuant to Reg. (EU) 2014/651 and have the location and operational activity in Lazio (or are interested in starting it).
The notice is aimed at financial intermediaries that they are legal entities, in the form of a limited liability shares/to subsequent liability companies, interested in receiving - through contracts of association in participation - resources from Venture Tech Lazio for the implementation of financial instruments in the Lazio Region (Italy) by providing companies both capital (in equity/quasi-equity) both acceleration services for growth through specific acceleration programs.
