Description: Financial consultancy activities, in view of the future control procedure aimed at identifying parties interested in becoming holders of a majority participation of SAC's share capital and for the conclusion of the acquisition of this participation. The selected advisor's activity must be carried out in coordination with the Company, with the legal advisor and with the industrial advisor, and will take place in three successive and distinct phases:
1) Preliminary phase;
2) race phase;
3) negotiating phase.
The advisor will have to equip itself with an operational office in Italy and subjects dedicated to the operation that speaks fluent Italian and English.
