Restricted procedure pursuant to art. 61, Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the joint assignment of the executive design services and the execution of the restoration and building recovery works of the portion of the Palazzo delle Stelline located in Corso Magenta 61 (Milan) and the annexed hotel structure .
The tax8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6part of the contract is equal to €16,253,233.79 (sixteen million two hundred and fifty-three thousand two hundred and thirty-three/79 euros), of which €588,632.47 (five hundred and eighty-eight thousand six hundred and thirty-two/47 euros) for design services, €15,426,371.23 (fifteen million four hundred and twenty-six thousand three hundred and seventy-one euros/23) eg8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6for the works, €238,230.09 (two hundred and thirty-eight thousand two hundred and thirty/09 euros) for safety costs not subject to reduction.
