Description:
The concession will concern a single provincial lot, for a total annual production equal to 1,902,651.28 v*Km of road-based LPT service, of which 7% relating to flexible (or on-call) LPT services, for a total of 96 months .
This concession provides for the assignment of the Transport service8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6Local Public Port (hereinafter "TPL Service"), on weak areas, for an estimated annual road travel of 1,780,000 v*km/year for conventional LPT services (fixed lines and timetables). In addition, quantifiable distances relating to flexible or on-call TPL services are envisaged, in terms of hours/year of operation, approximately 5,000 hours/year. Therefore, from the start of the service, until 6 September 2032, in the ATO of the Lucca basin approximately 14,240,000 v*km will have to be operated for conventional LPT services and approximately 40,000 hours for flexible services, assuming the start of theservice until 1 September 2024. The LPT service must be carried out in the municipal territories in the four areas of the Province: 1) Area of Versilia, 2) Area of Media Valle del Serchio, 3) Area of Piana di Lucca, 4) Area of Garfagnana, as better detailed in the "Assignment Report".
