This tender procedure concerns the assignment of management and maintenance services of the regional radio communication system, in order to guarantee its complete and constant efficiency, which is essential for ensuring the availability and provision of services to those who use them. The aThe current main users, from which the essentiality and criticality of the system derives, are: the local and provincial police forces, the emergency health and medical emergency service (SUEM 118) and the regional civil protection and forest firefighting services. The system consists of a backbone in poradio network and a widespread diffusion network that extends across the entire regional territory and developed using different technologies.
