By means of a concession request acquired on the Maritime State Property Portal of the Sicilian Region at no. 11343 on 04/14/2023 and registered on the same date in the protocol. n. 26787, the Societa Terrammare s.r.l.s., with headquarters in Catania in via V. Giuffrida 50, P.I. 05732000871, represented by the A.U. and legalRepresentative D'Antonio Agata Vincenza, requested the release of a state concession for license for a period of 20 (twenty) years, of an area covering a total of 333.27 m2, of which m2. 47.80 occupied by a building (state property) and m2. 285.47 of area occupied by easy worksand removal, to create an area for direct use of the sea.
It is reviewed how Societa Terrammare s.r.l.s. is the owner of a catering business, on a private area, near the area covered by the request for concession by formal deed, and who, wanting to promote the use of thethe seaside area intends to create an area equipped for bathing, providing the expected services, such as bathrooms, changing cabins, warehouse, showers and providing for the extraordinary maintenance of a state property present in the area as well as a redevelopment of the area surroundingthrough an intervention of deconcretion and renaturalization of the cliff. The project also involves the construction of a motorized ramp to allow access to the sea for people with reduced mobility in an otherwise inaccessible area.
