Description:
The purpose of this Qualification System is to establish a list of qualified companies, to be invited to restricted or negotiated procedures pursuant to art.141, paragraph 4, letter a) Legislative Decree 36/2023 for the awarding of the supply of peripheral remote control devices for electrical substations8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6and MV/BT. The remote control system equipment must comply with the IEC 61870 and IEC 61850 Ed.1 and Ed.2 standards and support the IEC 61870-5-104 Slave, 61850-8-1 MMS (server and client), 61850 communication protocols -9-2 GOOSE (publisher/subscriber) and ModBUS RTU and TCP.
