Description: The President of the ADSP of the Central Tyrrhenian Sea, Avv. Andre Annunziata, in application of the provisions of Articles 18 of the Reg. cod. NAV. and 11 of the Authority's regulation "Use regulations of maritime state areas", announces that the following instance of maritime demanial concession was presented, pursuant to art. 24 of the Code of Navigation, in the port of Naples:
- La Garolla Srl with instance acquired on 6.11.2020, at no. 22210 of the general protocol of this ADSP, asked, pursuant to art. 24 of the Reg. cod. NAV.
1) The renewal of the supplementary act n. 57/2020 For a further 15 years corresponding to the duration of the multi-year act n.133 cit (deadline 31.12.2035);
2) The extension of the goods granted with the multi-year act of a further extension of the area of a total of sqm. 415, in order to carry out an additional weighing and loading system, instrumental to the management of the coastal terminal up to 31.12 ....
