- Refunctionalization intervention of the soccer field and of the attached appurtenances located within the Park of the Velodrome of the Ulivi after conversion to Padel fields to be carried out under project financing regime pursuant to art. 193 Legislative Decree n. 36/2023 by thirty years of concession
Custody has as its object the thirty years of concession under the project of Finanza pursuant to art. 193 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 of the soccer camp present inside the Olivei Velodrome Park in the area behind the kiosk-bar after conversion of the same in nr. 3 fields from Padel and therefore upon execution of all the works and provisions necessary to give fully completed the preparatory works. The renovation and redevelopment intervention in question is entirely financed with private capital. The promoter of the promoter in a nutshell provides for the following parameters: • Realization in place of the current soccer field of N 3 (three) fields of "panoramic" Padels with play surface covered by a new iron tensostatic structure; • Realization of the block from the toilet and changing rooms with related systems. • Estimated intervention Overall in € 519,459.00 by private capital • Duration of the concession set in 30 (thirty) years • Estimated target users involved: from 10 to 69 years • Employment of at least 4 work units (2 instructors, 1 administrative/secretariat, 1 cleaning officer) • Employment in favor of the Municipality d... - Documents:
