We communicate 1. That in the procedures for choosing the contractor launched by Ferrovie Emilia Romagna S.r.l. The company can use, at its discretion, the qualifying systems established by RFI Italian Railway Rete S.p.A, or identify among the requirements to participate in the races called, the qualification for adequate RFI qualifying system; 2. That the qualifying systems used are permanent; integral of notices relating to each qualifying system concerned are published in the "Transparent company of Fer" section and for the publication by means of anac services.
