Description: Seta SpA intends to establish a qualification system for suppliers of G.P.L. (Liquefied petroleum gas) for transport with which tenders will be held for the formation of supply contracts with a periodic frequency of variable duration, even weekly, through a negotiated procedure (pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments) for the period 1.10.2020-30.9.2023.
The assignment of the supplies of G.P.L. will take place with the criterion of the lowest price (Article 95 of Legislative Decree 50/2016).
The fuel that is the subject of the qualification system is Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for vehicles which must be supplied with a mixture of 80% propane and 20% butane and must possess the characteristics indicated from time to time in the request for quotation and in any case it must comply with the UNI EN 589 standard.
