The Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena has analyzed the most appropriate ways to entrust the realization of the functional redevelopment of the municipal property called "former house of the pensioner" located in Quartu Sant'Elena in via Chilea 36/40 and related management for prevailing purposes such as Higher Education "Student Housing evaluating the assignment of a concession contract, pursuant to art. 177 and following of Legislative Decree 36/2023, in particular, through the use of the project finance tool with private initiative, pursuant to art. 193 of the same code, considering it the most effective and efficient procedure to allow the start of the management of the structure itself.
