Please note that Carbosulcis S.p.A. received request by the economic operator A Meras Annos (hereinafter AMA) to obtain: a) the twenty-year lease of future property - The asset consists of a complex of assets owned by Carbosulcis on the Seruci site, both underground and in surface, as better specified below and identified in the attached tables found on www.carbosulcis.eu/sez. alerts. The main asset, currently undergoing extraordinary maintenance and preparation to accommodate an industrial plant, it is the Seruci 1 well within which the construction of the metal infrastructure to support the cryogenic column is underway. b) the provision of continuous non-fungible services inherent to the use of said assets and the former mining site of Seruci, mainly consisting of maintenance activities and safety checks connected to the operation of the leased plants and machinery, as well as access supervision and security of the Seruci complex. The request for a long-term lease twenty years of what the future concerns: 1) the Seruci 1 well, adequately rehabilitated and equipped with the metal infrastructure capable of supporting a cryogenic column with a diameter of 1200 mm, with the extraction castle above, the transport cage of people and things, the winch, following revamping of the ventilation system and the electrical system in the well and adaptation of the monitoring system ...
