Description:
Pursuant to art. 134 c.2 of the Legislative Decree. n. 36/2023, the Ostia Antica Archaeological Park is looking for an operator to entrust the management of the Ancient Theater of the Ostia Antica Archaeological Area, falling within the Institute's area of competence, through a special partnership agreement denomined "MANAGEMENT OF THE ANCIENT THEATER OF OSTIA FOR THE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT SEASONS - FOUR-YEAR PERIOD 2024-2027" with the aim of public enjoyment and enhancement of the identified asset. Detailed information can be found in the documentation attached to the Public Notice, available on the website iinstitutional body of the Park (www.ostiaantica.beniculturali.it). The purpose of the partnership agreement will therefore be to enhance the valorisation of the asset in question, also for economic purposes, objectives that can be implemented through the case of the special partnership provided for by art.134 c.2 of the Che says. The activities will mainly consist of the organization of events and demonstrations organized within the site, in full compliance with the rules for the protection and conservation of the property referred to in the articles. 20 and following. of the Legislative Decree n. 42 of 2004 and in compliance with what is indicated in the annexes.The management of a refreshment point (food) is also envisaged
