• HAVING SEEN the SUA request 10574 of 10.17.2025 prot.n. 20250039687, as integrated on 01.30.2026 (prot. no. 20260005678) with which the newly established R.T.I. LE COLONNE, among the companies CALYPSO CORPORATION srl (tax code 01479390749), TITI SHIPPING srl (019783800747), SALENTOABORDO srl (05229470751) and BRUNDISIUM CONSULTING srl (02122540749) has requested, pursuant to art.36 C.N., the issuance of a twenty-year concession deed, for the occupation and use of a ministerial decree complex. in the port of Brindisi of a total of 10,686.50 m2, consisting of an uncovered area of ​​approx. 611.32 in Via Regina Margherita (Central and Customs docks) and from the facing body of water of 10,075.18 m2, with the aim of creating a structure for pleasure boating (mooring points) equipped with catenaries and dead bodies for mooring boats, a floating dock on which to install the columns for water and electricity supply and two modules on a floating platform for the construction of a service center; HAVING SEEN the art. 18 of the Regulation Executive to the Nav.
