• Description:
• The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) Brindisi, Italy has a requirement to establish a long-term contract for the provision of tyres for vehiclesnt, mainly passenger and light truck and with a limited number for other type of trucks and specialized equipment (such as Forklifts, Trucks, and Aircraft towing vehicles). The contractor will also be required to provide inner tubes, flaps, and valves including various services such as tyre fitting,wheel balancing, steering alignment checks, and disposal of tyres. The contractor will perform these services at UNGSC's premises in Brindisi or the contractor's premises. In addition to the above goods and services, other optional items may be required, for which bidders will be requested to submit price catalogues for a list of brands. The maximum lead time for delivery of goods shall not exceed seven (7) working days, and lead time for services shall not exceed five (5) working days from receipt of Purchase Order. In case of urgency, a 24-hour intervention will be required. Split awardswill not be considered. Delivery Terms: Delivery at Place DAP UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy (INCOTERMS 2010). The contract term shall be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the UNGSC's sole option to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one year each (3 1 1).
