Description:
The Federico II University of Naples intends to carry out a preliminary market consultation, pursuant to article 77 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, concerning the supply of a "HRMS, High-resolution mass spectrometry with software 4.0. Instrumentation for the measurement of micronutrienand metabolites in food matrices by targeted and untargeted analysis", by means of a notice to be published in the Official University Notice Board, as well as on the University website at the following address: http://www.unina.it/ateneo/gare/bandi, for the purposes of maximum dissemination and publicity, observing the same41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365the advertising charges envisaged by the public procurement code for open procedures of an amount equal to or greater than the Community thresholds, with the specification that, at the end of the consultation procedure and based on the results of the same, the possibility of authorizing the call will be evaluatedof a negotiated procedure without publication of the notice, pursuant to art. 76 Legislative Decree 36/2023.
