Description:
The United Nations Global Service (UNGSC) seeks an appropriately qualified contractor to provide an assembled and certified Low-Tension Panel that will be in a "3MW Cabin" at the United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), Brindisi Italy.The certified Low-Tensions panel shall be assembled and delivered to the UNGSC, and the Contractor is responsible for coordinating timely transportation, loading, unloading, and storage of all materials and equipment necessary. The Contractor shall be responsible for preparing and submitting a comprehensive single-line diagram and maintenance plan coveringall electrical installations. These documents should be developed taking into account the design and maintenance activities required to sustain the functionality, quality, efficiency, and economic value of the structures and systems. The single-line diagram and maintenance plan should include the following documents:a. User manual, if applicable.b. Maintenance manual.c. Maintenance program.d. Detailed single-line diagram.e. Details of the relevant calculation.f. Circuit Diagram.The Low-Tensions panel shall be supplied and installed by the Contractor with the certification in compliance with IEC 61439 CEI EN 60204 of floor mounted Low-Voltage Panels identified as 'GENERATOR/UPS PANEL'.The final testing and certification requirements include:- Calibrating and testing of the installed equipment (Interface protection, Inverter).- Testing for the efficiency of the system.The full technicalrequirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued soon after the closing date for this EOI. The invited vendors to the formal solicitation will need to provide references to similar completed projects (description and images); Details of how the 3D printingmachinery will handle the use of different soils in place as printing raw material, and suggested development on the potential for modularization of this type of structure at a later stage.
