Subject: Preliminary market consultation aimed at the possible acquisition, through a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a call for tenders, pursuant to art. 63 comto 2 lit. b of Legislative Decree 50/2016, of an automatic perimeter for measuring the visual field and related management and archiving software for patient visual field data / exams.
Intended use: Identify and quantify visual field defects for screening purposesng, monitoring and evaluation in support of the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases such as glaucoma and optical diseases.
Reason for publication: with this notice we intend to start a preliminary market consultation in order to know if, differently from the informationions held by this Contracting Authority, other Economic Operators in addition to the company Carl Zeiss S.p.A. (produced by CARL ZEISS MEDITEC INC) can supply the aforementioned system, necessary for the diagnosis of patients affected by pathologies of the optic nerve and of the optical pathways such as glaucoma and optical diseases, low vision screening also for disability purposes and driving license issuance and having the following characteristics:
automatic fixation control with printing and monitoring of any fixation losses (Gaze Tracking);
